Job Location: St. Paul,MN
The Phoenix Residence has a current opening for a full-time Program Manager in St. Paul. This position provides staff supervision, training, and program plan writing for individuals who live at the Douglas House. This position manages all aspects of the home, including the care and well-being of the individuals.
High school diploma required
Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience or a four year BA or BS degree in a related field such as sociology, psychology, social services, or human services
Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds, which includes lifting objects and lifting/transferring individuals
Holds valid driver's license and must pass the Motor Vehicle Check and have a clear driving record in order to drive company vehicles
Must maintain a flexible schedule including the ability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work full time and assume 24-hour on-call responsibility
Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and decision making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Benefit package available for staff who work an average of 30 hours or more per week. PTO accrual begins the day you start employment.
