The Help Group is seeking a bright, dynamic, dedicated individual to join our team as the Residential Program Manager QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) for our group home based residential program located in North Hills, CA. Four homes, in lovely residential neighborhoods, each serve 6 adult clients, ages 18+, with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. These are homes licensed by the State of CA as ICF-DDH facilities.
We are seeking a human services professional, Bachelors Degree required, Master degree preferred, with related and proven experience and success working directly with the resident population. Administrative and Supervisory Experience is also highly desired. Must possess valid CA drivers license with good driving record.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, client assessment , individual service planning, implementation and monitoring , oversight of program/activity schedules, staff training and supervision, parent and community relations and, as part of the residential management team, will be assisting the Director with other administrative and program management needs.
