Schedule:

Monday- Friday during clinic hours 8am-7pm


Job Description
Fraser began providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) in July, 2015. This is an exciting opportunity to help with the growth and development of a new program while providing services to Fraser clients. Fraser is currently providing ARMHS services in various counties throughout the Twin Cities. Fraser is seeking dedicated, compassionate and resourceful individuals to provide clinical services to adults with mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

The Mental Health Practitioner in ARMHS will provide clinical services to adults, including planning and implementing appropriate treatment services, under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional. Practitioners work with the Mental Health Professionals to assure implementation of the ARMHS identified in a client’s individual treatment plan.


Education Required
•Must be qualified in at least one of the following ways:
◦High school diploma or equivalent and 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness.
◦BA/BS in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services to persons with mental illness.
◦Holds a masters or other graduate degree in one of the mental health professional disciplines from an accredited college/university.
•Ability to obtain training certificates as required.


Experience Required
•Experience providing services to adults with mental illness required; experience providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated respect for and sensitivity to family and cultural issues required.
•At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.


Other Requirements
•Valid Minnesota driver’s license, acceptable record, and access to reliable vehicle required.
•Ability to achieve and maintain status of “may provide direct contact for this agency” upon completed of criminal background studies.
•Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts required. Additional language skills may be required, depending on recipient needs.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
•Ability to perform basic math, interpret accounting reports, and provide accurate billing information required.
•Ability to understand and implement all related regulations and Fraser policy and procedure required.
•Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.
•Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
•Access to a working telephone for regular communication with Fraser.
